Yohen Tenmoku

Yohen Tenmoku tea bowl(曜変天目茶碗) was made during the Southern Song Dynasty (12th to 13th centuries). 
Currently, there are only three bowls in Japan, all of which are designated as national treasures.
Many potters have tried to recreate Yohen Tenmoku. 
Takemi Seto(瀬戸 毅己) is one of the potters trying to recreate Yohen Tenmoku.

'81 Graduated from Tokyo Zokei University, Department of Sculpture
'82 Aichi Prefectural Ceramics Training School Training
      * Around this time, started researching Shino.
'92 -'05 Lecturer at Toita Women's College
      * Around this time, started researching Kiseto.
'96 -'03 Solo exhibition at Fujisawa LNOFS (Jakuan) every year
      * Around this time, started researching celadon and Tenmoku.
      '02 Yohen Tenmoku was published in the October 19th of the Nihon Keizai Shimbun
'04 -Solo exhibition at Keio Department Store Shinjuku 6F Arts and Craft Salon
      ’05 Yohen Tenmoku was published in "HONOHO GEIJUTSU" No81
      ’07 Yohen Tenmoku was published in Asahi Shimbun June 17, 2007
